Our next meeting is Thursday, January 8 at 7:00 p.m. at the Baptist Hospital East Education Center, room 2B. Our speaker this month will be Taylor Stauble. Taylor is a member of our group and recently completed her Masters in the Dietician Program. Taylor will be presenting her findings of her recent survey about eating habits and gluten free foods, and will be available to answer questions. If you’d like, bring a gluten free snack to share. (Please bring a copy of your recipe for the newsletter, and label the other main allergens in your dish, like milk, nuts, etc., as several of our members have multiple food sensitivities.)
We also offer “Welcome/Extra Help” sessions for new members or anyone who has questions about the GF diet. These sessions are held before our general meetings. The next one is Thursday, January 8 at 6:30 p.m. in the Baptist Hospital East Education Center, Room 2J.
