Our next regular meeting is Thursday, May 14 at 7:00 p.m. at the Baptist Health Education Center in PDR (Private Dining Room off the cafeteria). We will discuss how to have a safe traveling experience with celiac disease and gluten intolerance.
Bring a dish to share with the group. As always, gluten free snacks to share during our social time are welcomed and encouraged! Please bring a copy of your recipe for the newsletter, and label the other main allergens in your dish, like milk, nuts, etc., as several of our members have multiple food sensitivities.
Gluten-Free 101 is for new members or anyone who has questions about the GF diet. The next one is Thursday, May 14 at 6:30 p.m. in the Baptist Health Education Center, Room 2J.
Dining Out – April 16 — 6:30 p.m. at Aspen Creek Restaurant – 302 Bullitt Lane (between Oxmoor Mall and Kohl’s). They do not have gluten-free beer. Please contact Pat Jenne at 502-244-6749 or email@example.com right away so they may have an area reserved for us.
Cooking Class: The date for the next class is to be determined and will likely cover gluten-free breads. Watch this space for details. This is open to our members only.
