We are a chapter of the Celiac Support Association in Louisville, Kentucky. Our mission is to provide information and support to those with Celiac Disease and other forms of gluten intolerance and their families, and to increase the awareness of these conditions in our community. Our chapter has been active for more than 20 years. In February 2017 we began meeting on the second Thursday of every month at Norton Audubon Hospital, 2355 Poplar Level Road in the Medical Office Building West, Room G1.  We also hold cooking classes, group dinners, and other events. Learn more about CSA here or Print an Application to join our group!

Next Meeting

Our next meeting is Thursday, April 13 at Norton Audubon Hospital, 2355 Poplar Level Road in the Medical Office Building West, Room G1 —  7:00 p.m. This is a new location!

Our speaker, Dr. Sunana Sohi, Gastroenterologist, is unable to come due to illness. She will be at the May 11 meeting.

We will have a time of sharing and enjoying gluten-free food.

Bring a dish to share with the group. Please bring a copy of your recipe for the newsletter, and label the other main allergens in your dish, like milk, nuts, etc., as several of our members have multiple food sensitivities.

Gluten-Free 101 is for new members or anyone who has questions about the GF diet. The next one is Thursday, March 9 at 6:30 p.m. at the same location.

Remember: Membership Renewals are due! This helps pay for the mailing of the newsletter, the picnic in September, and the Christmas party. Renewals are $15 for the year. If you are not yet a member, click on “Print an Application” above and download an application.
