Costco carries a GF pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.  The package is clearly labeled gluten free.  Costco is a member-only facility ($50 per year and anyone can join), located near Brownsboro Road and Gene Snyder.
Holiday World is now providing gluten and wheat free fudge, chocolate chip cookies, and even bread.
Whole Foods is beginning to label their gluten free products with a green tag.  This started in September 2008 so it will take awhile before it is fully implemented.
Meijer carries Ian's Pizza Kit in the gluten free section.  No casein or milk, no soy or eggs, no nuts, and no gluten.  This was found at the Springhurst store.
Kroger is starting to label gluten free items with an orange tag.
One of the deli managers at the Kroger in Middletown says their rotisserie chickens are gluten free.  Nov 1, 2009
