This restaurant provides a menu with gluten free items marked.  Their nine selections of grilled fish are all GF.  Fish, chicken, pork, beef, shrimp and mussels dishes are all available.  Fish includes Mahi Mahi, swordfish, Ahi tuna, and grouper.

However, when they mark their Bonefish Ceasar Salad which contains croutons, as GF one must be cautious.  Last review - early 2004.  October 2008 - The lemon pepper sauce is also marked GF but contains a wheat based binding agent according to one of their servers.

A stir-fry place where you load up your bowl with a wide variety of raw meats and seafood and veg and choose your sauce and take it to the large communal grill for the chef to cook for you.  They have two GF sauces, Lemon and Spicy Buffalo, that are clearly listed as GF right on the menu.  You can always have it prepared with plain oil and salt and pepper too. They have an "Allergy Free Zone" marked with a big sign on the wall where they have a separate window that you take your food over to and the chef prepares your meal separately in a clean wok.  Very kid and vegetarian friendly.  Kids are given a pair of plastic "cheater(my words, ha ha)" chopsticks(joined at the top) that they can take home.  The food bar is set up to avoid CC and the staff seems on top of things.  The manager said I was welcome to bring my own GF soy sauce for them to use in preparing my dish.  June 2008
Bombay Grill is an Indian restaurant that just recently opened up on Hurtsbourne Lane.  I was weary about eating there, because I've been told that some Indian restaurants put flour into their curry mix, to speed up the thickening process.  But, the server was extremely helpful in the  matter.  He said that any traditional Indian restaurants, that pride themselves on traditional cooking, will not use any foreign ingredients to speed up the cooking process.  He also removed the cream from one of my sauces, to be sure that it was vegan. Bravo!
206 Bullitt Lane, near Oxmoor Shopping Center, Watterson Expressway and US 60 / Shelbyville Rd
Louisville, KY
This Italian restaurant welcomes those on a gluten free diet.  The servers are well versed in many special diets.  Finding a GF meal here should not be a problem!  Just alert your server and he works with you and with the chef staff.  The general manager at the Louisville locatio, D'Wayne H., was extremely helpful.  The Grilled Shrimp with grilled vegetables as a substitute for orzo (a pasta) was great as was the Chopped Salad.  The Italian atmosphere is fantastic.  A GF pasta is NOT offered.  February 14, 2009.
Buffalo Wild Wings
Various locations
All of their wings are GF, and all but two of their sauces are too.  Their menu is on-line and is helpful.  July 2009
