| Steaks are cut fresh and are not marinated or pre-seasoned. You can order without seasonings or bastings. The butter for the potatoes is real and gluten free. Salads are nice and without croutons. They shred their own cheese so pile it on! Beef tips are pre-seasoned / pre-marinated so avoid those. Last review - mid-2003. Please ask for their GF menu.
