| The store just went through a remodel (in late 2008) and, during the process, they have added bright orange price tags to every single item that is gluten free. Its very encouraging to walk through each aisle and see bright orange
tags everywhere! They pride themselves on providing the "most gluten free products in Louisville". I honestly don't doubt that as fact. Their staff are also very helpful and entirely knowledgeable on the subject. |

| Most of the Kroger grocery stores have a health food section carrying a limited number of GF products. As of Feb 2009, some of Kroger's GF products have an orange tag. |

| Meijers carries a good variety of GF products at their Springhurst Store. In one of the aisles, an eight foot section is labeled Gluten Free. They also carry Thai Kitchen products in the ethnic food asile. Many of these are naturally gluten free. Their Healty Living web page has a GF section as well as a 30 plus PDF file of all their GF items. |

| Valu Market carries Bob's Red Mill GF flours along with an assortment of oriental bean and rice flours. They also carry an abundance of GF foods in their ethnic section in the Iroquois Manor store. |

| This market carries fresh baked gluten free goods and carries other gluten free products. Whole Foods also offers the "special diets series" booklets, one of which is on the gluten free diet. The GF products they carry are separated into categories (i.e., baking needs, cereals, condiments, etc.). This booklet can be obtained at the service counter. |
