We are a chapter of the Celiac Support Association in Louisville, Kentucky. Our mission is to provide information and support to those with Celiac Disease and other forms of gluten intolerance and their families, and to increase the awareness of these conditions in our community.  Our chapter has been active for more than 17 years.  We meet on the second Thursday of every month at the Baptist Hospital East Education Center.  We also hold cooking classes, group dinners, and other events.  Learn more about CSA here or Print an Application to join our group!

Next Meeting

Our next regular meeting is Thursday, October 9 at 7:00 p.m. at the Baptist Hospital East Education Center, room 2G.  What’s your favorite comfort food? We will discuss comfort foods, how to adjust recipes, and find similar recipes online.  As always, gluten-free goodies to share with the group during our social time are both welcomed and appreciated.  (Please bring a copy of your recipe for the newsletter, and label the other main allergens in your dish, like milk, nuts, etc., as several of our members have multiple food sensitivities.)

Our “Welcome/Extra Help” sessions for new members or anyone who has questions about the GF diet will resume in June.  The next one is Thursday, October 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the Baptist Hospital East Education Center, Room 2J.
