Our next meeting is Thursday, April 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Baptist Hospital East Education Center, Room 2A. We will be having our annual gluten free Kentucky Derby party and discussing tips for entertaining GF-style. If you’d like, bring your favorite Derby recipe (GF Derby Pie, anyone??) or other gluten free snack to share, and don’t forget to wear your Derby hat! (Please bring your recipe for the newsletter, and label the other main allergens in your dish, like milk, nuts, etc., as several of our members have multiple food sensitivities.)
We also offer “Welcome/Extra Help” sessions for new members or anyone who has questions about the GF diet. These sessions are held before our general meetings. The next one is Thursday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the Baptist Hospital East Education Center, Room 2E.
